I also haven&amp;#8217;t lost a kilo since I started this blog (not that kilo loss is really what I&amp;#8217;m aiming for, but it is a little surprising&amp;#8230;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Add on top of that, my mum giving me flack for wanting to eat more vegetables at dinner and I&amp;#8217;m not in the greatest head space about my body right now.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Overall, I feel like in some little ways, my mum is (UNINTENTIONALLY) sabotaging my efforts by making junk food for dinner, comments about how being a size 12 is ok and being just generally a bit down on my efforts. May I just say that she does come running with me and is a very good supporter with my exercise, but it seems that changing my diet and eating habits is not ok. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, just wanted to share a few struggles. &lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve also come to the realization that I haven&amp;#8217;t actually lost any weight. All this time and nothing. &lt;/p&gt;

Massive more effort, especially with the weights and;&lt;br/&gt;
Eating habit overhaul. &lt;p&gt;1 min Slippery Mountain Climbers (To cheat these, I put my knees on my Dad&amp;#8217;s garage crawler, you know the thing that you slide under cars on? and then just pulled my knees up to my chest!)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 min side planks&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;More to follow tomorrow, definitely a run and hopefully a few circuits of the TM Bootcamp =D&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 43 -&lt;/strong&gt; Started the day with my babysitting. 4 kids between 3 &amp;amp; 10. They like it rough. and preferably if I pick them up and throw them over my shoulder. The second child is a gymnast, so it&amp;#8217;s a full on few hours. Then on to work for 8 hours.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then an hour of Vypa. (see here: http://thejunglebody.com.au/classes/vypa)&lt;br/&gt;It&amp;#8217;s like body combat, only the instructor isn&amp;#8217;t from a martial arts background.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 44&lt;/strong&gt; -  3.6&amp;#160;km jog (26.16), 70 sit ups &amp;amp; the Call Me Maybe Mighty Squat Challenge (&lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDpB8pWEjhk"&gt;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xDpB8pWEjhk&lt;/a&gt;) &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1 min  Push up plus row&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 min Shoulder Presses&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10 Declining push ups (I&amp;#8217;m working these in slowly&amp;#8230;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 min Quick Feet&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 min Superman Plank&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.10 min Side Plank (35 secs each side)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;60 sit ups&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tonights plan is a run and weights session. I&amp;#8217;ve been really light on the weights recently so need to pick the pace up again!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also, I&amp;#8217;ve come up with a new motivator. When I reach day 100 of this new, healthier tough mudder lifestyle, I&amp;#8217;ll reward myself with new runners and exercise clothes.
